mycompass is a free personalised self-help tool for your mental health. myCompass has 14 interactive learning Activities. Each include up to three 10 – 15 minute sessions that you can complete in your own time. You’ll learn skills and strategies taught by doctors and psychologists to make positive changes in your life.
Learn new ways to deal with thoughts, feelings and behaviours that cause you trouble. You’ll have a tool-kit of strategies to use when you need them.
