Description:
TTTWON is a Service ‘by Consumers for Consumers’. Staff are called ‘Consumer Networkers’ and have their own experience of mental health or addiction issues.
The primary purpose of TTTWON is to provide a two-way link of communication between Northland DHB and people using mental health and addiction services. It ensures the ‘Consumer voice’ is heard.
Various programmes and groups are held here; some educational, some social, and some more fun-orientated. People can attend the groups, drop in for a chat, and utilise the library of resources. TTTWON also produce regular newsletters, which are mailed to its members.
