Take a deeper look at coping and healing with our mindfulness meditation-based wellness course. AMA combines the ancient wisdom of mindfulness meditation practices and Te Ao Māori with teachings from psychology and neuroscience. AMA is a 6 week course, offered for 2.5 hours per week, held during the day and in the evening across Auckland. AMA is also offered via Zoom and in Hindi language.

More than 40 years of clinical research suggests mindfulness meditation can help you and your whānau:

– harness the power of the mind-body connection for balance, increased relaxation and wellbeing
– respond wisely to challenging thoughts, emotions, reactions and behaviours
– grow in self-awareness, self-compassion and resilience
