We know it can be hard to ask for help, but if gambling is impacting your life, or the life of someone you care about, we’re here to help. Our counselling service is available by: Live Chat, Phone and Email. We can help you get back on track and it’s completely free. We also run education and support groups and can help with self-exclusion from gambling venues.
Whether you are impacted by your own or someone else’s gambling, you can access free, professional counselling with PGF at any stage.

– we can work on strategies together that are tailored to your specific needs.
