They Include:
– WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan (In this class, people are held in a supportive environment where they can share and build relationships that promote recovery)
– WELL: Wellness and Empowerment in Life and Living (We address continuing wellness in all aspects of daily life)
– My Wellness, My Doctor, and Me (This class provides knowledge and tools to help participates become fully engaged in their own medication management)
– Advocacy for Positive Outcomes – Becoming a strong self-advocate
– Recovery In Action: Classes held every two months (Six times per year, this is an event to celebrate Recovery). Please call (09)263-6035 for schedule details.
