Sahaayta was established in 2013 with a vision to enhance the status, health and well-being of South-Asian community through holistic, confidential and culturally appropriate services.

Sahaayta provides holistic, confidential, culturally appropriate counselling and support services for individuals, couples, families, youth, children. We also run support groups (Women’s groups, Anger Management groups & Personal Development groups) periodically. Koha/donation may apply.

Sahaayta is the delivery arm of South Asian Trust Inc. Primary focus for the Trust remains with the provision of client centred, culturally appropriate professional services to migrant and former refugee families. However, we have extended our services to over thirty ethnic communities including Maori, Pasifika and European.

Our team is diverse and we offer services in 15 languages English, Hindi, Fiji-Hindi, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Somali, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Tulu, Afrikaans, Urdu.
