SimplyB’s primary concern is to make everyone feel safe and welcome. All tools and exercises are well explained and e-handouts and audio recordings given on request. Participants will leave equipped with tools to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.

SimplyB owner Mel Burdett is a certified professional Coach with ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mindfulness Practitioner (Mindfulness International), certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Hormone Yoga Therapist (IYTA) and International Laughter Leader (CLYL).
