Description:
The Nutters Club is an online resource designed to inspire discussion and offer help with all things related to mental health.
Founded in 2009 by Mike King, The Nutters Club began life as a radio show which encouraged us all to take ownership of our own mental health.
In the years following we’ve made it to TV, published a book and have a robust Facebook community where people interact every day.
Topics on the The Nutters Club cover a wide variety of mental health issues including depression; bipolar disorder; suicide; anxiety and panic attacks; many forms of addiction; ADHD; grief; surviving rape, male sexual abuse and incest; domestic abuse; a Christchurch Earthquake special about post-traumatic stress and more. No two episodes were the same as no two stories of mental illness are the same.
