Our Whakatau Mai |The Wellbeing Sessions are free, virtual community events aimed at supporting wellbeing in real-time, with real people. These diverse sessions invite you to connect with others, learn and practice new skills, and start to look at things differently – one conversation at a time, all from the comfort of your own space.
We have everything from support groups, to art yoga, meditation, anxiety management workshops and journaling practice. All completely free!
